Your day to day
宿泊予約として、以下の業務を担当していただきます:
電話やメールを通したお客様からのお問い合わせ対応。
毎日の新規予約の確認、予約のキャンセルや変更、関連部署への適切な情報伝達。
通信文の作成、ファイルの管理、ファックス、Eメールの送信などの業務を行う。
予約手順に従い、ゲストの情報や売上データを管理・更新する。
高いレベルのゲストサービス基準を維持する。
ホテルの商品知識、アクティビティ、予約の質に精通する。
常に売り上げを意識し、すべての問い合わせに対してホテルの客室売上と収益を最大化し、アップセルをする。
到着ゲストまたはグループを毎日チェックし、ゲストの情報、要件、情報が正しいことを確認する。
その他指示された職務を遂行する。
