Your day to day
職務内容:
Revenue Agentは、ホテルの収益最適化をサポートする役割を担います。予約状況や収益データを管理し、料金設定や稼働率の最大化に貢献していただきます。分析能力やデータを基にした意思決定が重要となります。

主な業務内容:
在庫の管理 日々の予約状況を監視し、適切な在庫管理を行う。
料金の設定と調整 需要や競合状況に応じた料金設定の提案、料金変更の実施。
チャネル管理 各予約チャネル(OTA、自社ウェブサイトなど)を通じた在庫と料金の一貫性を確保し、チャネルパフォーマンスを監視・改善。
収益パフォーマンスの分析 稼働率、ADR、RevPARなどの指標を使用して収益の分析を行い、改善提案を行う。
市場と競合のリサーチ 市場の動向や競合ホテルの動きをリサーチし、レベニューチームに報告。
部門間の連携 営業、マーケティング、フロントオフィスなど他部門と連携し、効果的な収益戦略を策定・実行。
求める経験とスキル:
ホテル業界での収益管理、予約、または関連分野の実務経験(1年以上が望ましい)
優れた分析能力とデータに基づく意思決定スキル
収益管理システム(PMS、RMS)やExcelなどの操作に慣れている方
チームとの協調性とコミュニケーションスキル
ビジネスレベル以上の英語、日本語スキルがある方
