Your day to day
先頭に立ってチームをリードし、フロントオフィス、ゲストサービス部門を主導する、宿泊部長を募集しています。IHG では、お客様がホテルに足を踏み入れた瞬間から、思い出深い顧客体験を提供できる人材を求めています。
日々同じことの繰り返しではありませんが、主な日常業務は以下のとおりです。
- 宿泊部を監督し、部門の効率性と品質向上に努めます。
- ゲストの滞在を常に最高の品質でサポートし、サービスレベルを維持・向上させます。
- フロントデスク、ゲストサービスの各チームと連携し、円滑な運営を確保します。
- 定期的にゲストからのフィードバックを収集し、改善点を特定して実行・カルチャーを定着。
- スタッフのトレーニングと育成を担当し、チームのモチベーションとパフォーマンスを向上させます。
- 部門の予算管理とコストコントロールを行い、収益性の向上に貢献します。

- 組織内のチームを管理し、動機付けする能力。
