仕事内容

お客様の「困った」を「助かった」に変える、営業事務。

たとえば、納期調整。同業他社では「対応が難しい…」と言われていた案件をメーカーと調整し、何とか納期に間に合わせました。お客様から「同業他社では断られた案件なのに、さすがだね」と喜んでいただけてひと安心です。

ほかにも、納品。お客様が「商材が足りない…」というとき、現場近隣で在庫のある拠点を見つけ、臨時便を手配して配達しました。それ以来、お客様から「さんっている?」と指名で電話をいただけるようになり、嬉しさが込み上げてきます。

――住宅設備機器や空調設備機器の専門商社として、工務店や建設会社に商材を提供している当社。受発注処理や電話応対などを担当する営業事務がお客様と直接やりとりするため、「お客様の役に立つことができた」と実感しやすいのです。

《入社後すぐに担当する業務》

~メイン業務~

・受発注処理

お客様からFAXやメール、電話などでいただいた発注内容を確認し、社内の基幹システムに入力します。社内の物流部門や営業と連携し、納品まで担当。在庫がない場合、取引先メーカーのシステムを使用し、発注することもあります。

・電話応対(お客様からのお問い合わせ、取引先メーカーからの連絡)

配管機材(パイプ・バルブ・ポンプ・継手など)をはじめ、住宅設備機器(キッチン、バス、トイレ、換気扇、空調機器)など、建物づくりに欠かせない商品を幅広く取り扱っています

取引先は大手から中小まで、建設業界の様々な企業。大規模案件に関わることも多く、選手村や役所、大手企業の工場といった身近な場所で、当社の商材が活用されています。そんな当社は現在、100周年を見据えて、さらなる発展と革新を目指す重要な転換期。今後の事業拡大に向けて、営業アシスタントを増員募集いたします。

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

09:00 ~ 17:30

変形労働時間制 月平均145.3時間

【勤務時間例】

9:00~17:30(実働7.5時間)

※残業は月20時間以内。19時にPCが自動でシャットダウンします。

※月に1回土曜日の出社があり、勤務時間は【9:00~12:00】となります。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 213000円 ~ 370000円

※経験や能力を考慮のうえ決定します。

※賞与は初年度のみ2.7ヶ月分(昨年度実績)です。

※上記金額には一律支給の住宅手当(1万5000円)を含みます。

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

試用期間は3ヶ月から最大6ヶ月
