<仕事内容>

営業チームを支える営業事務・アシスタント業務全般をお任せします。

最先端技術を持つ成長企業で、営業メンバーと一緒にお客様の課題解決をサポートする、

チームに不可欠な存在です。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 顧客対応・営業サポート
  • お客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)
  • 営業チームのスケジュール管理
  • 商談資料の作成サポート

  • 来客対応

  • 書類作成・データ管理

  • 見積書、契約書、請求書の作成
  • 受発注管理、在庫確認
  • 社内システムへのデータ入力

  • 営業実績の集計・報告資料作成

  • 社内コミュニケーション

  • 営業チームとの連携・情報共有
  • 関連部署との調整業務

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:あり
