あなたにお任せするのは、国内トップクラスのシェアを誇る高性能断熱材『アクアフォーム』の施工。

専用機械で壁や天井に吹き付けることで、住宅の省エネ性能や快適性を飛躍的に高める、非常に重要な役割を担います。

まずは先輩の補助業務からスタート。特別なスキルは一切不要です。

イチから丁寧に指導しますので、ご安心ください。

先輩は全員未経験スタート。入社後はOJTで、養生や削り作業など簡単な業務からスタート。

  • 無理なく働ける現場環境

現場は戸建て住宅が中心。移動は社用車で1~2時間圏内(運転が苦手な方も安心)。

基本は2~4人のチームで担当し、現場が早く終われば定時前退勤も推奨しています。

『来週は有休を取りたいから今週中に終わらせよう』といった、チーム内での柔軟なスケジュール調整も可能。仕事もプライベートも充実できる働き方を実現できます。

\倉庫を起点に動きます/

兵庫県尼崎市に、材料や機材を置いている倉庫があります。倉庫への出退勤が基本。現場によっては直行直帰も可能です。

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

現場からの移動時間や、片付け・清掃なども含めると、残業は1日1~2時間程度。月単位では30時間程度です。今後、メンバーが増えることでさらに減少する見込みです。週2回程度は、定時前に作業が終了。その時点で、定時を待たずに退勤してOKチームで協力して効率的に作業を進め、早く帰ることを推奨しています。

給与


年収 円 ~

月給 250000円 ~

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
