法務・コンプライアンス担当 (会社の成長を支える企業法務)


仕事内容

法務、コンプライアンス対応に関連する資料の法務チェックや契約書対応に関する業務や各種質問への個別対応をご担当いただきます。

当社の場合、営業メンバーを支える仕事も多く含まれます。ともに働く仲間として、積極的にサポートする姿勢を期待しています。

【業務詳細】

  • 法務関連業務

・契約法務(各種契約書・サービス利用規約のドラフト作成・チェック、契約書管理 など)

※顧問弁護士と連携しながら進めて頂きます。

  • コンプライアンス・情報セキュリティ対応業務

・社内コンプライアンス体制整備と教育(研修など)への取り組み

・プライバシーマーク、各種ISO(ISO20000/ISO27001/ISO9001)の運用・監査対応

・情報セキュリティ体制の運用・管理・改善

・内部統制業務 など

【必須要件】

正社員でのご就業経験が1年以上あり、以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・何かしら法務・コンプライアンスに関わるご経験

・法科大学院修了生の方

【歓迎要件】

・事業会社にて契約法務の実務経験のある方

給与

経験により優遇いたします。

・業務手当 ※業務手当は、固定残業代として支給(超過分は別途支給)
