【仕事内容・任せるミッション】

同社の建築営業において、個人や法人所有資産を有効活用のニーズを有するお客様に対してアパート建築を提案、受注促進を行う営業職です。

【業務】

・見込み客との商談及び受注(来場、往訪、リモート面談など)

・資産家、地主などのクライアントを抱える紹介先の開拓及び関係強化(士業、不動産コンサル業、銀行など)

・営業課題の設定と部下育成

1都3県 施工エリア内

【顧客層】

個人、資産管理法人、事業法人

【ノルマ.ミッション】

期初設定における個人目標、顧客の潜在ニーズ発掘や具現化をしソリューションの提供

【協業者】

紹介者(士業、不動産コンサル業、銀行など)、社内(設計、工事、賃貸管理部門)

【年間担当案件数】10件程度

【将来的に任せる業務】

・1人で反響商談から受注まで対応することができ、新規有力情報源の開拓や紹介先との関係強化など、部や課の中枢を担う人材として課長のサポートを任せたい。3年程度で係長を目指す。
