働き方には本当に満足しています。

年間休日128日とお休みが多く、社内全体で「早く帰ろう」という空気が自然にできているからです。

実際、ほとんどの社員が19時〜19時半頃には退勤していて、僕自身も毎日メリハリをつけて働けています。

連休には海外へリフレッシュしに行く社員も多く、僕もこの前、韓国旅行を楽しんできました。
