  • 企業への訪問・オンラインでの提案活動
  • 経営課題・業務課題のヒアリング
  • 提案資料の作成(テンプレあり)
  • 慣れてきたら、後輩育成やリーダー業務にもチャレンジできます

【収入アップの仕組】

成果に応じて「継続報酬(ストック型インセンティブ)」を支給。

提案の幅が広がるほど、年収も安定して伸びていきます。

年間休日は128日もあり、連休には海外旅行に行く社員もいます。

僕も韓国に行ってリフレッシュしてきました。

さらに、「20時までには帰ろう」という社内の空気があるので、残業が少なく、毎日メリハリをつけて働けます。
