楽天のオート事業は、MaaSやコネクティッドカーなど、自動車業界が100年に一度の大変革期を迎える中で、2019年5月に設立しました。
オート事業部は車のライフサイクルを網羅した楽天Carというプラットフォームを運営しており、なかでも車検サービス業界では No.1 の実績を誇ります。
ユーザーの車に関わる様々なニーズ(中古車の販売、新車試乗予約、車の買取、タイヤ交換、車検、洗車、メンテナンス)を叶えるために、日々サービスの質の向上を目指して事業拡大(クライアント様の拡大/サービスの幅)を続けております。

自動車業界は、日常生活に欠かせないインフラであり、国内の主力産業の一つです。しかし依然としてアナログな部分が多くデジタル化の遅れや人材不足など課題を抱えています。
そのような状況の中、楽天Carというサービスを通してクライアント様のIT化・デジタル化を支援し売上拡大に寄与することで、業界全体に大きなインパクトを与えることを目指しています。
ビジネス拡大に伴い、体制強化のために増員を計画しています。
今まさに拡大期に参画することで、自らの活躍の場を広げ、近い将来にはマネジメントポジションへのキャリアアップも期待できます。
その中でも事業管理は、経営層や営業・マーケティングをはじめ社内のコーポレートや開発部署をはじめ様々な部署と関わりを持つ、ハブのような組織といえます。
この環境で主体的に業務に取り組み、反省と学習と次への応用を積み重ねることで、問題の発見、複数の視点からの多面的な分析、問題発生原因の特定、解決策の立案、PDCAサイクルと管理ツールの設計構築、解決策の実行と修正、組織への定着、という一連のプロセスを経験することができます。
業務内容
事業管理グループは経営管理をはじめ組織のインフラとなる幅広い領域を管轄し、ご入社直後は適性を見ながら担当領域を持っていただきます。
またチームのマネジメントを視野にご活躍いただける機会があります。
<具体的な業務内容>
・対加盟店・対ユーザーのCSやNPSをもとにした品質改善
・事業部での新サービスリリースにおけるオペレーションフローの策定と業務委託を含めたマネジメント
・KPI・PL指標などのモニタリングインフラの提供(DOMO・SQLを活用)
・予実管理、年次予算計画の策定
・カンパニーや事業部内でのマネジメント会議の運営
・コーポレート経理部と連携した経理業務
・部内の課題抽出及び課題解決のサポート

事業部全体:約70名
事業企画課事業管理グループ:マネージャー1名・社員4名・派遣アルバイト4名
20-30代の若手中心で、コミュニケーションもフラットで前向きな組織です。
中途2名(営業・経理)、新卒4名(楽天市場・楽天モバイルから異動)
必須要件:
・コミュニケーションが円滑で、前向きに業務に取り組んでいただける方
・企業での業務経験が5年以上あること
いずれかに該当する方
・データ分析やP/L作成のご経験をお持ちの方
・業務フローの改善、設計/導入経験
・基礎的なプロジェクトマネジメント能力
歓迎要件:
・事業会社での経営・事業企画業務のご経験をお持ちの方
