We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Infrastructure Engineer to join our Scrum team and contribute to a fast-paced SaaS product that analyzes individual user behavior.
This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure while working in an agile environment.Key Responsibilities
Design, provision, and maintain AWS resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Enhance and maintain EKS (Kubernetes) clusters, including regular upgrades and improving workload deployment processes.
Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, proposing effective solutions and implementing plans.
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls across the infrastructure.
Conduct regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
Address security risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps proactively.
Drive improvements to make infrastructure more reliable, scalable, and secure.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, introducing more efficient processes.
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
Strong knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Glue, EKS, ECS, and Lambda.
1+ years operating Kubernetes in production environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows, especially GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
Expertise in DevOps best practices for secure and automated infrastructure and software delivery.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proactive learner with the ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
Business-level English; Japanese is nice to have but not required.
