- Drive adoption of modern business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Field Service systems, WMS, Rental platforms), utilizing corporate-approved solutions whenever available.
- Onboard customers to digital applications and promote consistent usage to ensure a smooth, intuitive digital experience throughout the customer journey.
- Embed connectivity across sales and service touchpoints, managing connected assets with a focus on lifecycle services, fleet insights, and high-opportunity segments.
- Manage data as a strategic asset, incorporating advanced analytics for decision-making while ensuring strong data governance and security.
- Integrate digital leads and customer insights into CRM/ERP platforms and leverage analytic tools to track engagement, identify stalled opportunities, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, using marketing automation tools to effectively reach target customer segments through high-touch, low-cost strategies.
- Promote the adoption of advanced service technologies such as remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and other digital service capabilities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】
- 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, IT strategy, or business systems initiatives within complex, multi-site organizations—preferably in industrial, machinery, automotive, manufacturing, or field-service–driven industries.
- Proven leadership of major digital programs, such as ERP/CRM modernization, customer-facing digital platforms, connectivity/telematics solutions, or analytics-driven operational improvements.
- Strong track record driving digital adoption and change management, influencing cross-functional teams (sales, service, operations, IT, marketing) without relying solely on direct authority.
- Deep experience with data utilization, including dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and data governance, using insights to guide commercial and operational decision-making.
- Digital marketing, customer experience, or lead management exposure, with the ability to enhance digital customer journeys and improve user engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with full fluency in Japanese and full professional proficiency in English, capable of aligning local operations with global stakeholders.
