What "Digital Transformation Analyst" contributes to Cardinal Health
We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Transformation Analyst to support and drive digital initiatives across our business functions—Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and HR. You'll work closely with business leaders to explore new technologies, improve processes, and help teams adopt tools like Salesforce CRM, AI/GenAI, automation platforms, and data dashboards.
As part of our Commercial IT team in Tokyo, you'll collaborate with local and global stakeholders to identify opportunities, support transformation projects, and contribute to building a Digital Center of Excellence (CoE).
Key Responsibilities
- Help teams adopt tools like AI/GenAI, automation, Salesforce, ERP, data & analytics platforms.
- Assist in building a Digital CoE to share best practices and foster collaboration.
- Work with IT teams, business users, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Support change management, training, and communication efforts.
- Stay informed on new technologies and trends in healthcare and IT.
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT, digital projects, or business transformation.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Experience working with digital tools like Salesforce, AI, automation, or analytics.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a digital leadership role.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Change Management.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain systems.
- Understanding compliance in digital environments.
- Exposure to building or supporting a Digital CoE.
