Project Overview:
Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company with a strong heritage of innovation and a commitment to improving patient lives through transformative science. As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, dedicated to enhancing operational outcomes through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to visualize business process challenges and drive transformation using advanced technical systems. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions based on business needs.

Scope of service
- Lead and support technical activities for the design, construction, and startup of new manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with global teams and site teams to deploy various manufacturing systems.
- Responsible for the integration and operation of system interfaces.
- Identify, plan, and coordinate improvement potentials to enhance data gathering, processing, and utilization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in system management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within a large organization.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to drive change.
- Excellent decision-making capabilities within your area of expertise.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with digital product architecture and system performance optimization.
