Scope of service

• Lead and support technical activities for the design, construction, and startup of new manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with global teams and site teams to deploy various manufacturing systems.
• Responsible for the integration and operation of system interfaces.
• Identify, plan, and coordinate improvement potentials to enhance data gathering, processing, and utilization.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in system management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within a large organization.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to drive change.
• Excellent decision-making capabilities within your area of expertise.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital product architecture and system performance optimization.
