Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Work together with stakeholders such as sales and partners in pre-sales stage to make recommendation on approach of positioning and proposal.
  • As a Digital Manufacturing expert, understand DELMIA solutions and propose unique values/advantage of DELMIA assembly solution to our customers.
  • Propose roadmap and solutions to achieve their To-Be to solve customer's pains.
  • Support ad hoc development request for pre-sales demo or POC.
  • Involve delivery phase if needed.
  • As-Is analysis, conceptual design, requirements gathering, gap identification/resolution, scope definition and solution architecture.
  • Working with R&D for gap resolution ideas including functional enhancement discussion.
  • Create material and execute training activities for customers and partners.
  • Understand global best practice and adapt for Japanese market/customers.
  • Spread value of DELMIA solutions to in public seminars, tradeshows, writing article and communicate influencer.
  • Support expand partners business eco-system to explant Digital Manufacturing business by technical and business process point of view.
  • Answer RFI/RFP of questions from customers with stakeholders.
  • Support our partners and/or customers in all of the above activities.

Qualifications

  • Work experience at IT company or manufacturing company.
  • Solution proposal, implementation in projects or consulting.
  • Production Engineering or engineering task related to Manufacturing planning.
  • Basic knowledge of production process
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Manufacturing
  • Assembly simulation (using CAD, viewer and so on)
  • Must to have proficcient Japanese skill to communicate with clients
