▼業務内容

サプライチェーンビジネスアナリストとして、需要予測、在庫最適化、製品供給等の業務をリードし、事業目標達成に向けて他部署と連携し業務を進めます。

国内のみならずUS本社、APACを中心とした他国のSCMプランナーや他部署とも協働する機会も多くあります。

特にデータドリブンな将来の計画プロセスの実行に向けてAI/MLツールを業務に活用した経験をお持ちの方は大歓迎です。

【業務詳細】

・需要予測、在庫、供給管理に関する業務全般において、事業戦略と整合した最適なプランを策定。

・QA、RA、Mktg、営業などの関連部門と連携し、計画精度向上や業務効率化を推進。

・KPIの設計・改善、根本原因分析を行い、中長期的な改善施策を提案・実行。

▼募集要件

・サプライチェーン計画、在庫管理、需要予測などの領域で5年以上の業務経験

・プロジェクトをリードし、成果を創出した実績

・他部署と協働して業務を進めるコミュニケーション力

・ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語スキル

歓迎:

・Power BI、Tableauなどのデータ可視化ツールの使用経験

・AI/MLツール(予測モデル、最適化アルゴリズム、生成AIなど)の利用経験、または強い興味

・サプライチェーン計画領域の豊富な経験を持ち、AI/MLツールに触れたことがある方

・計画経験はなくとも、AIツールを日常的に活用し、サプライチェーン領域への強い興味を持つ方
