【業務詳細】

シニアサプライチェーンビジネスアナリストとして、需要予測に基づき製品の入荷までをリードし国内・海外工場プランナーとの協働でビジネス成長をサポートする業務です。会社にとって重要なモノ・カネの流れを見据え、よりデータドリブンな将来の計画プロセスの実行に向けて大きな影響を与える、重要なポジションとなります。AI/MLツールを業務に活用した経験を歓迎します。

・需要予測、在庫、供給管理に関する業務全般において、事業戦略と整合した最適なプランを策定。

・QA、RA、Mktg、営業などの関連部門と連携し、計画精度向上や業務効率化を推進。

・KPIの設計・改善、根本原因分析を行い、中長期的な改善施策を提案・実行。

・新たな計画プロセス、モデル、ベストプラクティスの企画・導入を主導し、方針・手順の整備に貢献。

・大規模または複雑性の高いプロセス改善・システム改善プロジェクトをリードし、最適なアプローチを自ら設計・遂行。

・ジュニアメンバーの指導・メンタリングを行い、計画手法や分析スキルの向上を支援。

▼募集要件

・サプライチェーン計画、在庫管理、需要予測などの領域での経験8年以上

・複雑なクロスファンクショナルプロジェクトをリードし、成果を創出した実績

・AI/MLツール(予測モデル、最適化アルゴリズム、生成AIなど)の利用経験、または強い関心

・多様なステークホルダーに対し、複雑な内容をわかりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション力

・英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル

歓迎:

・Power BI、Tableauなどのデータ可視化ツールの使用経験

・PythonまたはRの基礎知識があれば尚可

・医療機器業界の経験
