【仕事内容】

GPUデータセンター事業を展開しており、

自社設計のデータセンター運営と日本発のGPUクラウドサービスを提供しております。

石川県志賀町に国内初のGPUデータセンターを開所し、

その後も国内最大級のデータセンターを開所いたしました。

経済産業省の選定や認定を受け、複数企業との提携やアライアンス合意も進めております。

計算力を通じて世界のイノベーションを加速することをミッションとし、

次世代型データセンターの創造を目指しております。

【具体的には】

・ 既存GPUデータセンターの統括管理

・ 香川、石川、佐賀の各拠点の運営管理者を統括

・ スタッフ管理、設備管理、コスト管理、セキュリティ・コンプライアンス管理

・ 各ステークホルダー(地方自治体等も含む)との連携

・ 地方創生も視野に入れたデータセンター開設計画の立案・実行

・ 事業戦略の立案・推進

・ GPUクラウドサービス「GPUSOROBAN」の拡充に向けた戦略策定

・ 地域活性化を目的とした新規事業の企画・実行

・ 社内外のコミュニケーション

・ 経営陣との連携による事業推進

・ 地方自治体、関係省庁、関連企業との交渉・調整

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ データセンターやITインフラ事業における5年以上のマネジメント経験

・ プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験(新規施設の立ち上げ経験があれば尚可)

・ 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル

・ 地域行政や地域コミュニティとの関係構築経験

【歓迎】

・ GPUに関する基礎的な知識またはデータセンター設備に関する専門知識

・ 事業戦略の立案および実行経験

・ 公共政策や法律に関する知識

【給与】

年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

通勤手当: 上限3万円 管理職手当: 100000円 (管理監督者となる場合) 固定残業代: 96.000円~ (管理監督者とならない場合、20時間分) 業績賞与: 年1回(12月)
