1ユニット9~10名の利用者様を

職員5名で協力して介助しています。

特養においては「3対1」が基準ですが

ここは「1.6対1」であるため

少し心に余裕が持てる人員配置です

利用者様やそのご家族からの

「ありがとう」が最大のやりがい。

個別に応じた丁寧なサポートを提供しています。

新卒で未経験の方やブランクがある方も、

先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートします

1日のお仕事の流れ(早番)

7:00~ 出勤・利用者様の状況確認・朝食準備・起床介助

7:30~ 朝食の配膳・介助・食後の片付け

8:30〜 入浴介助・排泄介助・帰室介助

9:30〜 水分補給・洗濯物片付け

10:30~ 昼食準備

11:30〜 昼食の配膳・介助

13:00~ 休憩

14:00~ 記録・体操・リハビリ・レクリエーション

16:00 退勤

  • 前職の給与を保証します。

※高卒は基本給210,000円 専門卒は215,000円
