【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

本ポジションでは、社内の営業部門や技術部門と密に連携しながら、

技術的な知見を活かした拡販活動を推進していただきます。

将来的には技術営業の責任者として、

国内外を含めた事業拡大を牽引いただくことを期待しています。

【職務詳細】

建設、土木分野における新規顧客開拓の推進

・営業部門と連携した既存顧客への技術フォローおよび提案支援

・販売戦略の立案および実行推進

・技術部門と連携した営業促進活動

・顧客ニーズの整理および技術部門へのフィードバック

・市場動向、競合動向の調査、分析

・ゼネコン、計測会社、レンタル会社、建設コンサルタント等へのフォロー対応

・PoCの企画、実施支援およびフォロー

・顧客要求事項の整理および製品改善に向けたフィードバック

8:30~17:15(フレックスタイム制度あり)※事業所や配属部門によって、異なる場合があります。

【休日休暇】

年間休日125日、基本土日祝休み(年数回土曜出勤の可能性あり)、年末年始・GW・夏季休暇、年次有給休暇、慶弔・特別休暇、半日有給休暇
