福祉用具レンタルの法人営業【板橋営業所】過去入社実績多数/年4回の昇格あり/年間15%成長
【仕事内容】
レンタルサービスのため、顧客と長くお付き合いをすることができ、福祉用具を通して日本の超高齢社会を支援する社会貢献性の高いお仕事です。
- 具体的な業務内容
・居宅介護支援事業者等に福祉用具のレンタル・販売の営業
・利用者に最適な用具を選定、納品、相談対応
・商材は、介護ベッド関連用具、移動関連用具(車いす、歩行器など)、入浴関連用品、排泄関連用品生活関連用品
・住宅改修(手すりの設置など)のプランニング

福祉施設のケアマネジャー
ケアマネジャーからの紹介で一般ユーザーへの福祉用具の選定・相談を行います。
入社後の流れについて(研修制度)
ご入社後に1人1冊「ひとり立ちガイドブック」を配布しております。
ひとり立ちブックを使用しながら、同期入社者と5日間の専門技術研修を実施しています。
(職種業界未経験の方でも平均6ヵ月でひとり立ちが可能です)
同社には福祉用具専門相談員の有資格者は1,000名以上おりますので、ご安心して業界の知識を身につけることができます。
またご入社後は最大年4回の昇給・制度があり、早急にマネジメントポジションに挑戦することが可能です。
(新卒入社4年目で所長、5年目で東京23区の7営業所を統括するブロック長への登用実績あり)

- 福祉用具レンタル・販売事業
居宅介護支援事業所、地域包括支援センター、病院などを対象に福祉用具のレンタル・販売の営業活動を行っています。豊富な品揃えで、あらゆるニーズに対応しています。また、福祉用具の選定だけではなく、介護に関するサービス全体の相談を受け付けています。
- リネンサプライ事業
全国のホテルや旅館、病院等にリネン製品(寝具・カーテンなど)を提供しています。医療現場においては、高い衛生管理基準と安全性に徹底的にこだわった質の高いリネンサプライサービスを展開。また、外国人観光客の増加に伴い、ホテルの稼働率も上がっており、現在伸びている分野です。
