・クロス(壁紙)の貼り替え
・フローリングの補修や貼り換え
・入居中の修繕対応
・住宅設備工事
・内装仕上げ工事
・未経験スタッフへの技術指導
- 現場について
・エリア:都内23区中心(1都3県に管理物件あり)
・案件数:1日3~4件程度
・間取り:1K・1R中心、コンパクト物件がメイン(1件2時間程度で完了)
