【仕事内容】

本ポジションでは、自社クラウドサービスをご契約いただいたお客様に対し、導入後の技術サポートを通じて、最良の製品利用体験をご提供いただきます。また、チームメンバーの底上げやフォローだけでなく、プロダクト改善の推進、業務プロセスの改善など、組織/事業課題の解決に向けた施策立案から実行をしていただくところまでがミッションとなります。

<具体的な業務>

テクニカルサポート

・複雑なシステム構成や未知のトラブルシューティングのリードとメンバーのフォロー、解決に向けた他部署との調整等

組織/事業課題の解決

・サポート業務プロセスの問題点洗い出しから効率化、事業戦略に基づいた運用フェーズの業務プロセスの改善や業務の立て付け等

サービス改善

・顧客のインサイトを見つけ出すための顧客要望や解約理由の分析、プロダクトマネージャーや開発への顧客情報のインプットや提案等

チームマネジメント

・チームメンバーのスキルの底上げ、課題管理、品質管理等

また、「クラウドからのメール送信を簡単に。確実に。」をコンセプトとしたフルマネージド型のメール配信(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須スキル】

・日本語がネイティブレベルもしくはビジネスレベルの方

・他部門や他職種を巻き込み、自ら業務改善等のプロジェクトを立案し推進した経験(業務領域不問)

・2B向けIT製品のサポート業務の経験、またはそれに準ずる業務経験(5年以上)

・難易度の高い顧客折衝やトラブル対応の経験

【下記のうちいずれか必須】

・問題管理、プロセス管理、オペレーションの品質管理などのサポート業務のマネジメントの経験(SV(スーパーバイザー))、またはそれに準ずる業務経験 (2年以上)

・インフラやクラウドサービスに関連する運用提案改善(課題抽出、施策策定、プロジェクトマネジメント)の経験(2年以上)

【歓迎スキル】

・TOEIC 700以上のスコアを保有する方

・ZendeskやSalesforce等を利用したサポート体制の業務フローの設計や自動化を行った経験をお持ちの方

・Customer Successの業務経験をお持ちの方

・プロダクトマネージャーとしての業務経験をお持ちの方

・情報システム部門での経験をお持ちの方
