<仕事内容>

当社の正社員(無期雇用)として入社後、

メーカーなどの組込・制御・LSI開発プロジェクトに参画します。

※管理職や上流専任ではなく、

実装・評価・検証など「開発実務を身につける」ポジションです。

【未経験者のスタートイメージ】

入社後すぐに難しい実装は任せません。

まずは↓↓からスタートします。

  • 評価・テスト業務
  • 実機評価、ログ取得、結果記録
  • 不具合の再現手順作成、一次切り分け
  • 既存機能の軽微なコード修正(指示あり)

OJTを通じて、

デバッグ → 実装補助 → 実装担当へ段階的にステップアップします。

■ 組込ソフト開発

  • マイコン制御、周辺I/F制御
  • RTOS、組込Linux
  • 通信機能(TCP/IP など)

■ 品質・評価領域

  • テスト観点出し、テスト項目作成
  • 実機評価、ログ解析
  • 不具合切り分け

■ LSI/FPGA領域

  • ロジック・回路の検証
  • 実機評価、手順書・レポート作成

※設計専任ではなく、検証・評価寄りからスタート

【必須要件】

以下すべてを満たす方

  • C言語またはC++の基礎知識

(変数・関数・ポインタを理解し、簡単なコーディングができる) * 学校/職業訓練校/独学などでIT・プログラミングを学習している方

  • チームでの開発に必要な報連相ができ、

手順や結果を記録する姿勢がある方【歓迎要件(あれば活かせます)】

  • C/C++での学習・開発経験
  • マイコン制御の基礎理解(割り込み、タイマ、I/O)
  • 組込Linuxの基礎(コマンド操作など)
  • RTOSの基礎理解
  • テスト・デバッグ経験
  • LSI/FPGA領域の学習経験(HDL基礎など)

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 固定勤務(一般的な勤務時間)
  • プロジェクト先により異なります

残業:月平均10時間以下(1日30分程度)

プロジェクト決定後、東京都内を中心とした首都圏のプロジェクト先へ常駐。

※プロジェクト先:東京23区中心+神奈川(横浜・川崎など)

  • ハイブリッド勤務(出社+リモート)の可能性あり
  • 転勤なし

アクセス:

都営地下鉄 「内幸町駅」A7出口から徒歩約1分

東京メトロ 「霞ケ関駅」C4出口から徒歩約3分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥253,400 〜 ¥417,700は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥18,400〜¥30,700(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:253,400円 ~ 417,700円

(想定年収:304万円~500万円)

【内訳】

  • 基本給:235,000円~387,000円
  • 固定残業代:月10時間分(18,400円~30,700円)

※超過分は別途支給

昇給・給与改定:年2回(6月・12月)
