2.卓越した顧客サービス
ブティック内において、ロジェ・デュブイのブランド名とイメージを最高水準に高めるアンバサダーとなる
顧客が予期しない、大胆でかつすばらしい、新しい体験を提供する
常に、完璧な個人としての装いを保つ
ブティックにおいて、ロジェ・デュブイのガイダンスと基準を踏まえ、電話やメール、SNSを通じお客様と密接にコンタクトを図る。
顧客情報を的確に入手し、データの質を向上する
優れたサービスとおもてなしを通じ、顧客のロイヤリティーを高める
3.ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング
最高水準のディスプレイと調度品をブランドガイダンスに則し、順守する。
常にブティックを清潔で整理された状態に保つ
4.ブティックオペレーション
チームミーティング、イベント、棚卸し、そして日々のオペレーションを行う
販売の際、カスタマーサービス、包装、ストックからの商品の補充など、ほかのアンバサダーをサポートする
在庫補充、ディスプレイの維持、アクセサリー販売のフォローアップ、そしてメンテナンスなどのブティックマネージャーによる指示を遂行する
セキュリティールールと考え方を順守し、促進する
Profile
強い目標達成意欲、好奇心とビジネスへの情熱をお持ちの方。
リテール業界もしくはホスピタリティー関連(ホテル・航空業界などの経験があれば尚可)での経験をお持ちのプロフェッショナルな方
言語:日本語(流暢)、英語もしくは中国語ができれば尚可
細部にわたる高い水準の顧客対応を優れた対応力で組織化できる方
優れた人間関係構築スキルとマルチタスク能力のあるチームプレーヤーの方
