営業や接客で大切なポイントを知ることができる
~~ プログラム内容詳細 ~~
各回、90分で開催します。
- オリエンテーション・オフィス見学 20分
- プログラムの流れを説明し、採用担当、参加学生から
それぞれ簡単に自己紹介を行います。
その後、オフィスを一通り見学します。
- ケーススタディ 15分
- 理想の家をテーマに短時間のワークに取り組み、
不動産の営業を行う上で大切な考え方を学びます。
- 不動産業界および当社のご説明 25分
- 家を建てる、売る、買う、土地を仕入れる、活用するなど
様々なフィールドがある不動産業界の全体像についてお話し、
「ワンストップサービス」を強みとする当社の特徴や
各部門の役割についてご説明します。
- 先輩社員の仕事を見学/座談会 30分
- 本社と併設している「神戸三宮店」にて仕事中の先輩を突撃訪問
リアルタイムで進めている仕事内容の説明を聞きます。
職場の雰囲気、仕事のやりがい、学生時代の会社選びの軸、など
みなさんが気になることがあれば、質問に答えてもらう時間も作ります
