About the Team
The Go To Market (GTM) team is a diverse group of professionals responsible for helping customers leverage and deploy our AI products across their business. The team includes Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership experts working together to create valuable solutions that bring AI to as many users as possible.
About the Role
We are seeking a GTM Enablement Lead to localize and implement foundational processes and programs in Japan, empowering our team to achieve our mission.
This individual will adapt existing programs to accelerate new hire onboarding, support customer-facing roles, and elevate senior team members' skills. Working cross-functionally with researchers, solution strategists, sellers, marketing, and leadership, they will tailor enablement programs and collateral to address specific Japan market nuances, driving customer and organizational success in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HQ to adapt and implement sales enablement strategies in Japan, identifying local obstacles and gaps.
- Partner with leadership and Revenue Operations to localize and implement internal sales processes and customize playbooks for the Japanese market.
- Develop foundational programs for new hires in the Go To Market organization, ensuring expertise in product offerings and business models.
- Work with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to translate and localize internal and external collateral.
- Manage a localized repository of information and collateral for effective GTM team performance.
- Coordinate the Sales and Customer Success training calendar in Japan and deliver trainings to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience localizing and implementing enablement programs and collateral for rapidly scaling GTM teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, leading complex initiatives.
- Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
- Understanding of the AI landscape, applications, and problems they solve.
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to operate at high horsepower, manage multiple projects, and prioritize ruthlessly.
Location: Tokyo, Japan. We offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
