The ideal candidate will have business savvy, Generative AI background, and sales skills to position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers. The role involves building new strategic and data-driven businesses, collaborating with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams, and providing advanced technical knowledge to aligned GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to aligned GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
• Own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
• Guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to customers.

About the Team: The WWSO GenAI team positions AWS as the best place to run production-quality GenAI workloads, providing secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure, as well as higher-level services. As a GenAI GTM Builder, the job involves creating high-quality go-to-market collateral, including customer and internal demos, hands-on labs, workshops, POC accelerators, and AWS Solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
• 5+ years management of technical, customer-facing resources.
• 5+ years of design/implementation of production AI/ML systems.
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions that include the use of LLMs/multi-modal FMs, RAG, Vector DBs, agents, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art data and ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, Langchain).

Preferred Qualifications:

• History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Familiarity with common enterprise services.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
• AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
• Computer Science/relevant degree and/or experience highly desired.
