【具体的な仕事内容】
■ご経験を考慮して以下業務をお任せいたします。
▼主な業務
・物件の仕入れ調査(不動産オーナーが売却を希望する物件や周辺・役所の調査)
・空き家活用における収支計画作成、リフォームプランニング
・リフォーム後の物件登録作業
・新しい買取先への営業活動
▼将来的なステップアップ
・チームリーダーとして若手メンバーの育成
・プロジェクト全体のマネジメント、収益管理
・経営戦略や新規事業立ち上げへの参画

勤務時間・曜日:
シフト制 月曜から土曜日の間で業務に従事いただきます。
8:30~17:30(休憩時間 12:00~13:00)
