【職務内容】

変革のスピードが早い人材サービス業界において、クライアントの経営課題・トレンド、関連業界とのM&A・アライアンス動向を的確に把握し、戦略の策定から業務改革やプロセスの再構築、組織変革、ITの導入・定着などの幅広いコンサルティングサービスを提供します。

事業戦略や新規ビジネス構築、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、業務BPR、IT改革・導入、組織のチェンジマネジメント、リスク・コンプライアンスやサスティナビリティ対応などの支援テーマについて、各領域における専門チーム(サービスライン)のメンバーとともに、グローバルを含む先進ナレッジを活用し、最適なソリューションの提案・実行支援を行います。

社会人経験5年以上

  • シニアマネジャー

・クライアントの課題・ニーズに対し、構造的に課題を整理し、ToBeやCanBeを提案できる

・コンサルティング経験、もしくは事業企画、経営・財務企画、業務企画、営業企画、IT企画などで複数プロジェクト等のリード経験、マネジメント経験

・スピード感と柔軟な発想を持ってプロアクティブにクライアントと向き合う力

・提案チーム、プロジェクトチームの組成力と牽引力

  • マネジャー

・クライアントキーマンと能動的にコミュニケーションを取り、討議を進めて提案機会を創出できる

・コンサルティング経験、もしくは事業企画、経営・財務企画、業務企画、営業企画、IT企画などでプロジェクト等のリード経験

・スピード感と柔軟な発想を持ってプロアクティブにクライアントと向き合う力

・クライアントの課題・ニーズに対し、構造的に課題を整理し、クライアントの検討をリードし、共に検討していく力

【就業時間】

9:15〜17:15(マネジャー未満は左記を標準時間とするフレックスタイム制(コアタイムは9:00〜17:00のうち3時間))

1時間(業務に支障のない範囲で従業員の決定に委ねる)
