- 日本語のネイティブレベルの読解力およびライティングスキル。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力。
- 翻訳および/またはローカライゼーションの経験があることが望ましい。
- ビデオゲーム業界への情熱。
- 強い論理的思考力。
- カスタマーサービス(あれば尚可)および/またはビデオゲーム、旅行サポート、ヘルプデスク、技術サポーの経験(メールコンタクトセンター環境での)。
- メールやチャットを通じて優れたカスタマーサービスを供できること。
