テクニカルサポートスペシャリストは、テスラのエネルギー製品ラインのテクニカルサポートを提供し、問い合わせに正確かつタイムリーに対応するポジションです。このポジションは電気またはエンジニアリングのバックグラウンドをお持ちの方やカスタマーサポートのご経験をお持ちの方が理想的です。社内の蓄電部門のセールス、オペレーション、サービスの各スタッフと協力しお客様の問い合わせ対応を行います。
What You'll Do
お客様のお電話からの問い合わせや電子メールに対応し高いレベルの顧客サポートを提供する
顧客のニーズをくみ取り、バッテリーシステム等の技術的問題を解決する
技術的な解決策が電話で解決できるか、フィールドサービスやさらなる診断が必要かを判断する
必要に応じて、お客様の懸念をマネージャー、サービスエンジニアリング、またはフィールドサービスチームに伝達する
CRM データベースに問題とデータを正確に記録する

電気またはエンジニアリングのバックグラウンドがあることが望ましい
日本語での優れた文章力およびコミュニケーション能力
日常会話レベルの英語力
優れたカスタマーサービススキル
優先順位を効果的につけ、対応する能力
CRMシステムおよびMSオフィスの使用経験
エネルギー業界での経験、またはテクニカルサポートやコールセンターでの経験があることが望ましい
分散型発電および/またはエネルギー貯蔵システムに関する理解 優遇
