- American Expressの法人カード顧客へのアウトバウンドコールを通じて、付加価値のあるコンサルテーションを提供し、強固な関係構築とカード利用額の拡大を図る
- IA(アップセル/追加カード/クロスセル/MGM(=Member Get Member))の獲得を加速させるため、自身のパフォーマンスを向上させ、担当ポートフォリオの成長をコンサルティングセールスにより最大化する
- 顧客のビジネスモデルを理解し、カード特典、与信枠、Account Developmentエンゲージメントを活用した質の高いコンサルテーションを提供する
- ROIの観点(アカウントマージン/スぺンドマージン)から事業目標を認識し、その達成に貢献する
