エネルギー事業の基幹系機能を拡張し、請求処理の効率化を進めています。継続的な機能追加が続くため、詳細設計から製造まで担える体制を強化します。データ連携の品質向上も重視しています。お任せする業務:

詳細設計の作成、機能追加の実装、単体テストの準備を担当いただきます。影響範囲の整理と改修順序の調整を行い、手戻りを抑えます。レビュー結果の反映にも関わります。テストケースの観点整理とレビューを行い、品質リスクを早期に把握します。データ連携のエラー分析を進め、再発防止策を提案します。

ドキュメントの整備を進め、情報共有の精度を高めます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
