「Smart相談室」は、働く人の「モヤモヤ」を解消し、「個人の成長」と「組織の成長」を一致させる法人向けオンライン対人支援サービスです。2021年2月に株式会社SmartHRのグループ会社として設立し、サービス開発をスタートしました。
「Smart相談室」は、代表藤田の実体験を元に作成してます。
藤田は、長い事業統括の仕事の中で、産業医面談やストレスチェック、各種社内調査を活用してメンバーのメンタルヘルスに気を配り、サポートしましたが、既存の仕組みでサポートする時には、多くのメンバーが不調に陥っていました。
どうにか、メンタル不調に陥る前にサポートしたい、その思いを形にしたのが「Smart相談室」です。

コロナ禍に入り、益々注目されるようになった『健康経営』『メンタルヘルスマネジメント』のキーワード。それらの背景には、不確実性の高い社会、リモートワークの浸透による孤独感やメンタル疾患の増加、従業員の離職率上昇など複雑な理由が挙げられます。その為、自社内だけでは既に対応しきれない状態になっている企業も少なくありません。
私どもSmart相談室は、キャリアやプライベート、その他言語化困難なモヤモヤなど、幅広い相談内容に応じて各種資格保有のカウンセラーが真摯に相談対応します。また、カウンセリングのみならずコーチング、研修、ハラスメント窓口の役割も提供しており、今後もハラスメント窓口の拡張、デジタルコンテンツの提供、専門家のご紹介、研修などをサービスとして拡充し、より相談者のモヤモヤを解消できるように発展させていきます。
