<会社概要>
マンションやオフィスのエレベーターホールに設置したデジタルサイネージ広告。
そのビジネスモデルを最初に作り、アジアで圧倒的なシェアを誇るのがフォーカスメディアグループです。
現在では、シンガポール・上海・北京・ジャカルタ・バンコク・ハノイ・ソウル等、
アジアの大都市でこの「エレベーター広告」のメディア展開をおこなっています。
とはいえ、日本市場はまだ立ち上げフェーズ。
2023年に首都圏で本格展開をスタートし、2025年には関西支店を設立して関西・名古屋圏にも進出。
2025年7月にはメディア規模500面、11月には1000面を突破するなど、現在急速に規模を拡大しています。
また10月から、エレベーター広告の運用に加えて、広告枠の販売も開始し、まさに「メディア」としての一歩を踏み始めました。
<業務内容>
フォーカスメディアジャパンが展開する、マンション/オフィス向けエレベーター広告サイネージ。その設置拡大をリードする提案営業ポジションです。
サイネージの設置料は完全無料。だからこそ、物件オーナー・管理会社・デベロッパーへ "新たなメディア価値" をわかりやすく伝え、エレベーターホールへの設置許可を獲得していく、まさに当社の成長を牽引する重要な役割を担います。

・新規クライアント開拓
ー不動産ディベロッパー、不動産ファンド、管理会社 ほか
・既存顧客営業
ー担当クライアントへの設置提案、条件交渉、契約締結までの一連の営業プロセス
ー顧客ニーズ・課題のヒアリング、メディアブランディング部門へのフィードバック
・ 社内部署(運営・工事・制作など)との連携/プロジェクト推進

- 広告代理店・マーケティング会社・事業会社などでの広告営業またはプランニング経験3年以上
- Imp/CTR/CPAなど主要指標の理解と分析スキル
- 広告効果レポート作成やファネル設計の実務経験
- クライアントとの折衝経験(課題整理〜提案まで一貫して担当した経験)
歓迎スキル
- OOH/デジタルサイネージ/動画広告のメディアプランニング経験
- ブランディング施策や広告KPI設計の経験
- データ分析ツール(Google Analytics、Looker Studioなど)の活用経験
- 広告効果の可視化や改善提案の実績をお持ちの方
- メディアやブランドの立ち上げ・リブランディングに携わった経験

年収600~900万円は固定残業代を含めた年収となります。
