\ 仕事内容 /

技術設計部門において、金属部品を成形するための型の設計・製図を行います。

3DCADを使って図面を描き、製造現場で実際に形になるものづくりの設計図を生み出す仕事です。

◎主な業務内容

1.型・製品図面の作成(3D CAD使用)

お客様から届く製品データをもとに、プレスで形を作るための型を設計します。

3DCADでのモデリングを中心に、正確な寸法を記した2D図面の作成や仕様書の管理を行います。

2.技術検証・改善業務

設計した型が機械で正しく動くか、シミュレーションで確認します。

試作品の仕上がりを現場で確認し、改良をサポートします。

CAD操作のスキルだけでなく、なぜこの形にするのか、どうすればより良くなるかを考え抜く。 航空機部品のような精密なものづくりに、探求心を持って取り組める方にぴったりの仕事です。

入社後は、先輩社員がマンツーマンで基礎から指導します。

図面の読み方、CADの基本操作、設計の流れまで、座学や実地でのOJTを通じて段階的に学べる教育体制を用意しており、3DCADを独学で触っていた方や、実務未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

9:00:出社・朝礼、当日のタスク確認

9:30:CAD操作、製図のOJT

11:00:3Dモデリング業務

12:00:お昼休憩(60分)

13:00:製造現場での立ち合い、技術連携

15:00:3D図面作成、先輩によるレビュー

17:00:チーム内での技術ミーティング

18:00:終業・退社
