\ 仕事内容 /

モノづくりを支える鍛造マシニングオペレーターとして、1000度以上に熱せられた金属を巨大なプレス機で成形し、製品の形を造り出す業務を担当します。

◎主な業務内容

① プレス機を用いた成形作業

専用の金型を使用し、金属を強力な圧力で叩き、強度を高めながら形を整えます。

ガシャンという迫力ある音とともに、鉄の塊が製品へと変わる瞬間は圧巻です。

② 機械の操作・温度管理

製品ごとに最適な圧力や温度を調整します。

一度コツを掴めば、自分のリズムで黙々と作業に没頭できる環境です。

③ 製品の仕上がりチェック

出来上がった製品に歪みやキズがないか、一つひとつ目視や道具を使って確認します。

適度に体を動かし、汗を流しながら働く爽快感があります。

いきなり機械を触らせるなんてことは絶対にありません。

未経験の方が着実に、そして安全に技術を習得できる丁寧な研修を用意しています。

まずは現場見学から 工場のどこが危険か、どこに注意すべきかを肌で感じることからスタート。

座学で知識を習得 鍛造の仕組みや安全ルールを、都度座学で分かりやすくレクチャーします。

じっくり2ヶ月のOJT 先輩社員がマンツーマンで寄り添い、機械の使い方を教えます。

一人立ちへ 不安なことがあればすぐに聞ける環境。自信を持ってから独り立ちしていただきます。

◎1日の流れ(一例)

9:00 ~ 出社・朝礼・安全確認

9:30 ~ 鍛造作業スタート

11:00 ~ 製造ラインの巡回、工程確認

12:00 ~ お昼休憩(60分)

13:00 ~ 鍛造作業

15:00 ~ 小休憩、金型のメンテナンスや情報交換

16:00 ~ 翌日の準備、清掃

18:00 ~ 終業・退社(今日も一日お疲れ様でした)

・家族手当:配偶者15,000円、第一子以下1人3,000円、その他扶養家族1人2,000円
