職務概要:
当社は産業機械の輸入・販売・サービスを行う企業です。Customer Serviceは、営業、サービス部門に対するサポート部門として、営業事務、庶務を含む、アドミ業務全般を担います
ミッション
営業担当者や営業・サービス部門長に対する営業サポートを担当し、顧客満足の向上に最善を尽くすこと。売上増加や社内プロセス改善といったビジネス目標に向けた計画を実行する。チームメンバーと協力し、業務効率化を進めることによってCustomer Serviceとしての高いチームパフォーマンスに貢献する。
主な業務内容:
- SAP/SPIRITシステムを使用したオーダー入力から売上・請求処理までの一連のプロセス
- 製品の発注、入荷・検品、梱包・発業務
- 営業サポート(以下を含むがこれらに限定されるものではない)
- 顧客・仕入れ先・製品データ管理
- 顧客からの電話応対
- ロジスティックス
- 在庫管理、棚卸
- 仕入れ先への発注、納期管理
- 庶務(オフィス消耗品管理、郵便や宅急便の受け取り・発送など)
To succeed, you will need
応募資格:
- 営業事務の経験(2年以上)
- PCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 日本語ネイティブ、英語初級(読み書き必須)

- 工業製品メーカーや代理店での勤務経験
- SAP実務経験
- マルチタスク実務経験
