なにをやるのか MyDearestは、日本でトップクラスのVRゲームスタジオ。 実は…アメリカでいま最もバズっている日本発のVRゲーム企業でもあります。 その理由のひとつが、 TikTokでの北米ユーザー向けプロモーション。 開発中タイトルの動画をTikTokに公開し、アメリカのティーンがコメント・DM・Discordに殺到。 そのリアクションを見ながら、次の企画を練り、動画をつくり、また会話を返していく。 今回募集するのは、この「アメリカのユーザーとつながる最前線」を担当するインターンです。 マーケもそうなのですが、英語力と好奇心を使った「コミュニケーション × マーケ × 動画撮影の補助」の仕事。北米向けVRマーケを「現場で体験」できる貴重なポジションです。 具体的な仕事内容 まずはここを担当してほしい ・TikTok向けの動画企画(北米向け) ・ショート動画のトークスクリプト作成(英語) ・撮影サポート(カメラ操作や、VR内での撮影協力) ・TikTokコメントへの英語での返信 ・Discordなど英語圏コミュニティでのライトなコミュニケーション できればお願いしたい ・海外(特に北米)のトレンドリサーチ ・北米マーケットの簡易分析 ・新しいプロモ施策の提案 ※「動画編集」はマストではありません。編集は社内のクリエイターが担います。 この仕事の面白さ ・アメリカのティーンユーザーと「直接つながる」感覚が味わえる アメリカのマーケットの生の声を聴ける貴重な機会です。 ・日本にいながら 北米マーケットのSNS運用 を体験できる ・VRゲームの開発段階からプロモーションに参加できる ・バズる瞬間をリアルタイムで見れる ・技術力・ゲーム数・ユーザー数で日本トップクラスのVR企業のプロモ現場を覗ける ・プロモチームは社内で最重要。成長スピードが異常に速い 「英語を使ったマーケの臨場感を味わいたい」 「ゲームやVRが好きで、海外向けの仕事がしたい」 そんな方には、他で得られない経験になるはずです。
必須スキル
・英語でコミュニケーションが取れること(アメリカのティーンと会話するレベル感) ・週3日以上コミットできる方 ・東京オフィスへ出社できる方(※ 業務内容に応じてリモートも可)
