Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales HR Manager for Northeast Asia to lead HR strategies and implement effective solutions based on sales market needs, fostering a high-performing organisational culture and promoting a growth-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will have business management or HR-related studies or experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations. The role is based in Japan/Korea and requires proficiency in English, with Japanese or Korean a bonus. The Sales HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives, and managing change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and HR best practices, and will be able to build strong relationships with business leaders, colleagues, and customers.   • Business Partnering: Strategically partner with business leaders to align HR practices with business goals and implement effective HR strategies and solutions based on sales market needs.
  • Values & Culture: Foster and promote a high-performing, growth-oriented organisational culture with strong values that align with business goals.
  • Talent Development and Management: Ensure seamless integration with talent development, contribution, engagement, and retention across the sales market.
  • People Relation: Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and meeting the H&M Group Social Policy guidelines.
  • Change management: Play a key role in change initiatives, supporting colleagues adapt to changes through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
  • Business management or HR-related studies or experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and local HR best practices is a plus.
  • Skills include advising, analytical thinking, business acumen, change management, and communications.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and digital literacy.
