同じ業務を行うメンバーも複数

<仕事内容>

以下のうち、チーム制で定められた業務を

それぞれに分担して担当します。

全ての業務を一度に覚えるのではなく、

担当業務をじっくり習得して伸ばせるのも

  • 購買領域:

・見積依頼、発注入力/検収/管理

・請求書対応、単価等のチェック

・システムのマスター登録やチェック など

  • 総務総務領域:

・社宅管理、社内研修手続き、伝票処理

・人材派遣関連の発注入力やチェック

・給与/交通費/退職金計算、勤怠管理

・社会保険や住民税手続き

・発令登録、証明書発行 など

その他、上記業務に付随する

・データ作成(Excel)

・メールやチャットでの問い合わせ対応

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 21日

<勤務時間>

  • 9:00~17:45 または 9:00~17:36(いずれも休憩時間60分)

※弊社の所定就業時間:9:00~17:36(7時間36分)を超える勤務時間は 1分単位で全額残業代が支払われます。

  • 平均残業時間:月15時間~20時間程度

※本稼働開始後及び繁忙期などのピーク時期には、月20時間を超える可能性あり

基本給:月給 23万3000円 〜 29万1600円

給与条件を決定いたします。
