オペレーション職(保険事務スペシャリスト)
オペレーション職(保険事務スペシャリスト)は、福岡県北九州市にあるエリア限定職種です。企業向けの保険代理店として、企業の保険契約サポートや手続き代行など、保険制度運営に関する幅広いオペレーション業務を行っています。

We will count on you to / 具体的な業務内容:
業務内容は配属チームによって専門領域が異なりますが、例として以下3チームの業務内容をご紹介します。

  • Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B)チーム:顧客企業の福利厚生制度の設計と運営を担当するチームのオペレーション業務を行います。福利厚生制度の一環として、顧客企業が導入する生保・損保の団体保険や個人保険の契約者(顧客企業の従業員)からの問い合わせ対応や保険事務手続きを行います。
  • Affinity Autoチーム:自動車業界向けの延長保証サービスおよびカーディーラーへの自動車保険サポートデスクサービスを提供しています。主な顧客は多国籍に展開する日系や外資の大手自動車メーカーです。
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)チーム:財形持株会などの金融商品に関連する各種業務(主に人事福利厚生関連)を請け負っています。

What you need to have / 応募条件:

  • 新卒者の場合:2026年春までに国内海外の四年制大学、大学院を卒業・修了見込みの新卒者(学部・学科不問)
  • 第二新卒者の場合:新卒入社後のフルタイム勤務経験2年以内
