神奈川県や川崎市などの自治体が発注する、道路・橋梁・公園等の公共工事における施工管理業務全般を担当します。

主な業務内容:

・施工計画の立案および作成

・現場の工程管理・安全管理

・原価管理および品質管理

・官公庁提出用などの書類作成

・施工管理担当には専用の社用車を貸与

・現場への直行直帰により効率的な勤務が可能

・1級・2級土木施工管理技士(補)保持者を優遇

求める人材:

・学歴不問、ブランクがある方も歓迎(施工経験の期間やブランク期間は問いません)

・1級土木施工管理技士(補)または2級土木施工管理技士(補)をお持ちの方歓迎

・資格がなくても、土木工事の現場経験がある方は歓迎します

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・責任感が強く、チームでの円滑な仕事進行のためにコミュニケーション能力や協調性を大切にできる方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日

・現場への直行直帰スタイルです。

30歳代(有資格者):500万円~800万円

40歳代(有資格者):700万円~1000万円
