【東京ミッドタウンクリニック勤務】受付案内スタッフ募集

東京ミッドタウンクリニックでの受付案内スタッフとして、来院されたお客様をサポートする役割を担っていただきます。高級クリニックならではの丁寧な対応を通じて、快適なクリニック運営を支える重要なポジションです。

◆具体的な業務内容

  • 受付対応およびフロア案内
  • 来院されたお客様の受付業務や、クリニック内の案内を行い、スムーズな診療フローをサポートします。 予約受付およびスケジュール管理

電話や対面での予約受付、スケジュール調整を担当。お客様のニーズに応じたスケジュールを組み、快適に利用できるよう管理します。 レセプト点検および返送処理

診療報酬の点検業務や、必要に応じた処理対応を行います。正確なレセプト管理が求められる業務です。 問い合わせ対応および会計業務

お客様からのお問い合わせに対応し、料金説明や会計処理も行います。お客様にわかりやすく説明し、スムーズな決済を行います。 その他の事務業務

書類作成やデータ入力などの事務作業も含まれ、クリニックの運営をサポートする役割を担います。

お客様が安心して利用できるクリニックづくりに貢献し、きめ細やかな対応で高級感のあるサービスを提供していただきます。
