FMセンター管轄オフィスビル改修工事の施工管理関連業務アシスタントとして、ご活躍頂けます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • 建設管理アシスタント

建設工事がスケジュール通りに進むように様々なことを管理します。

  • 安全管理

・工事で怪我等が起きないように、建設現場を見廻って安全を管理します。

  • 品質管理

・工事写真を撮って(工事のビフォーアフター)、工事が設計図通りに行われているか確認します。

・資材の品質確認や管理

  • 書類作成

・各種工事関係書類の作成

  • 分からないことはすぐに聞くことができる環境
  • コミュニケーションが大切なお仕事です

資格取得勉強会の実施や、学びながら徐々に覚えられる環境整っています
