Supplier Quality Assurance/Control
(サプライヤ品質保証/管理)
として、ベックマン・コールター・三島のサプライヤ品質グループに所属し、サプライヤの品質管理・改善により、部品品質を向上させる役割を担います。
※品質関連業務の未経験者可/エンジニアからのキャリアチェンジ歓迎
グローバルに展開するベックマン・コールターで、信頼性の高い品質マネジメントを身につけるチャンスです。
責任範囲が多岐に渡りますので、そこから得られる知識や経験により、自身の成長が見込めます。品質部門という重要な役割の為プレッシャーもありますが、やりがい、達成感を多く得られます。
【ご担当いただく職務】
- 品質トレンドやデータの分析、品質改善のアクション策定、および実行
- 不良発生時の社内対応、不良処理(システムへの登録)、サプライヤへの連絡、原因調査、および対策の実施
- 新規サプライヤ採用時、サプライヤ変更時の品質評価実施(現場監査、工程チェック等の実施) ※国内外の出張あり
- サプライヤ内の5M変更管理の評価リード(内容把握、社内評価チーム結成、打ち合わせ開催、評価レポート作成等)
【求めるスキル・経験・知識】
- 設計要求仕様の図面を読める方(形状、寸法、許容差、材料、表面処理等の規定を理解できる程度)
- 基本的な測定知識をお持ちの方(ノギス、マイクロメータ等の計測器を使用し、不良箇所を認知できる程度)
- 基本的な工業/製造知識をお持ちの方(板金、切削、成形等の加工/製造方法の知識)
- PCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPointによる文書作成、データ集計/分析、Outlookによるメール作成、MS-Teamsでのオンライン会議、など)
【語学力】
- 英語:読み書きと簡単なリスニング力。メールや会議の内容をおおよそ理解でき、英語にアレルギーがない程度のスキルで可。海外のサプライヤやベックマン・コールターの海外拠点とのコミュニケーションに使用。
- 日本語:流暢レベル以上の読み書き、スピーキング力。社内文書や規定、サプライヤとのコミュニケーションに必要。
