We are seeking a Lounge Business Line Leader (BLL) to lead lounge operations at Narita Airport, a high-profile environment where service quality, safety, and operational excellence directly shape the passenger experience.
As our only lounge operation location, Narita provides a unique opportunity to take full ownership of lounge performance while working closely with airline customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of lounge operations, ensuring smooth daily execution while continuously improving service standards.
You will lead during peak periods, manage operational issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain high-quality outcomes.You will play a central role in people leadership, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and team building. By creating a positive and disciplined working environment, you will support both employee engagement and service consistency.
Beyond daily operations, you will manage key business aspects such as budget planning, KPI achievement, inventory control, and P&L awareness.
You will collaborate with airline customers, partner companies, and internal departments to maintain strong relationships and support sustainable business growth.
Safety, hygiene, and compliance are critical elements of this role.You will ensure operations comply with food safety regulations, internal standards, and company policies, while leading training initiatives and responding effectively to emergencies or incidents when required.
