【仕事内容】

家庭用品・アウトドア製品ブランド「ONOE」を展開するメーカーで、

問屋や小売店向けの提案営業をお任せします。

既存顧客との関係構築を重視した営業スタイルで、

飛び込みやノルマは一切ありません。

【具体的な業務内容】

・自社商品の提案営業(訪問あり/月数回)

・販売計画の立案

・展示会出展準備・運営

・商品開発への企画参加

営業活動を通して得た市場の声を、商品づくりに活かせるのが当社営業の特徴です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

8:20~17:10(実働8時間/休憩50分)

※休憩:12:00~12:40、14:50~15:00

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし

・賞与:年2回(7月・12月)

※入社1年後から支給

・昇給:年1回(4月)
